David is a 10-year old boy suffering abuse and an insatiable hunger to kill. When he meets Randy, a social worker, he thinks he may have found the help he needs.
Writer's Note
This short serves as a prequel/cold open for a larger project. Following the the conclusion, we would fast forward to adulthood and see how this transformed individual navigates the world and a complicated romantic relationship with another person who is equally, but uniquely, damaged.

This short is an attempt to write a silent film. It is more ambiguous than definitive - an effort to create something more abstract. Inspired by Martin Scorsese’s “The Shave”.
