Luis Daniel Blandon is a Cuban-American photographer, videographer, and filmmaker born and based in Miami. He attended studies at the Prague Film School (PFS) in the Czech Republic and participated in the 21st edition of Cinemadamare.

Luis earned his A.A. from Miami Dade College in Electrical Engineering and a B.A.S. in Film, Television & Digital Production. He enjoyed success serving as a software designer before finally jumping into the film industry. In his short time as a filmmaker, Luis has been a key part of producing over 30 short films and features.
